Delicious Corsets was founded by Psydde Delicious and Amy Schmitz in 1995. Delicious is a graduate of Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science where he studied fashion and textile design. Schmitz, who also attended Philadelphia Textile, has been sewing and designing for over 15 years in both Philadelphia and San Francisco.

Delicious Corsets began as personal garments for Schmitz and Delicious. "We wanted something sturdy enough for waist-training and something wearable in both fun and formal situations." As Delicious and Schmitz continued creating their one of a kind pieces, it became clear that there was a niche for their work -- corsets that were both functional as waist-training tools and interesting enough to don as outer wear.

Axfords is a unique company, which mixes Victorian traditions with modern technology to supply corsets world-wide, both retail and wholesale.

We are a privately owned family business over 120 years old established in 1880. We moved to our present factory in the centre of Brighton (on England's south coast) 40 years ago. My name is Michael Hammond and I took over as owner from my mother Jean 15 years ago.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our garments, our high standard of customer care and the speed of our delivery. All corsets are made in our factory, and (unlike most modern garments, whose parts are made by different machinists, sewn together at the end), each corset is made from start to finish by one of our highly skilled corsetieres

Rebecca Kaufman and Susan Davis are the owners of Period Corsets.

The business developed from their love of theatrical costuming and fine, precise stitching. They wanted to create beautiful period silhouettes upon which costumers could work their magic.

Both Becky and Susan have worked in professional costume shops around the country since the mid 1980s. In 1997 they merged their knowledge of historical costume and costume technology to create Period Corsets

Established in 1977 by Ms. Antionette, our exqusite corsets are hand fashioned in California where attention to every detail is given to each one. We take pride in making a quality corset custom made to your specific measurements using only the finest fabrics and trims available. All of our corsets are made with steel boning and busks and sturdy cord for the back lacing. Our corselettes are usually a zipper front and we use plastic boning in these. We offer many corset styles and many fabric types and colors so you can create "your" special style.
